01 / A BETTER VIEW OF YOUR COLLECTION

Give Every Specimen Its Own Display.

The oravunel™ FormHold Adjustable Metal-Arm Mineral & Geode Display Stand is designed to present mineral slices, geodes and other suitable specimens in a more visible, organized way. Its upright support structure lifts your collection off the tabletop, allowing the natural patterns, layered formations and crystalline details of each piece to take center stage.

Adjustable metal support arms and tightening knobs help you position a specimen according to its shape and thickness. The overall stand height adjusts from approximately 3.5 to 5.5 inches, providing flexibility for different display arrangements.

Finished in a warm antique-brass tone, FormHold combines a classic metallic appearance with a weighted rectangular base. It is a distinctive addition to a mineral cabinet, collector's desk, display shelf or natural-history-inspired interior.

02 / DESIGNED AROUND YOUR SPECIMEN

Flexible Positioning. Timeless Metallic Style.

01

Adjustable Metal Support Arms

The movable support arms can be positioned to accommodate different specimen outlines and thicknesses. Their adjustable layout helps create a more suitable resting arrangement for a range of mineral slices and geodes.

02

Height Adjustment from 3.5 to 5.5 Inches

The adjustable upright support allows an overall stand height of approximately 3.5–5.5 inches (8.9–14 cm). A side tightening knob secures the selected position during display.

03

Antique-Brass Finish

The warm, aged-brass-style finish gives the metal support structure a vintage-inspired appearance that pairs naturally with agate slices, quartz clusters, geodes and other mineral specimens.

04

Weighted Rectangular Base

The approximately 4 × 3-inch base adds a broad supporting footprint beneath the upright stand. Its weighted construction helps keep the stand stable when placed on a firm, level surface.

05

Protective Contact Pads

Black protective pads at the specimen-contact points help cushion contact between the support arms and the mineral surface. Position the arms carefully to reduce unwanted movement and direct metal-to-stone contact.

06

Compact Collector-Friendly Design

The compact footprint keeps the display organized without occupying excessive shelf space. It works well for individual statement specimens, curated mineral groupings and dedicated collection displays.

03 / MATERIAL & FINISH

Metal Construction with an Antique-Brass Look.

Support Arms: Metal

The adjustable arms and upright support use metal construction, providing a rigid framework for positioning suitable mineral specimens.

Base: Metal with a Brass-Tone Finish

The rectangular base has a metallic body and a warm antique-brass-style exterior finish that visually matches the support structure.

Adjustment Hardware: Metal

The visible tightening knobs and related adjustment hardware allow the support position to be secured during normal display use.

Contact Points: Black Protective Pads

Black pads are fitted at the visible specimen-contact areas to cushion the points where the stand supports the mineral.

Finish and material: Antique brass describes the exterior finish and color, not a claim that every component is made from solid brass. The stand uses metal construction with a brass-tone finish and black protective contact pads.

05 / WEIGHT & STABILITY

A Weighted Foundation for Your Collection.

APPROXIMATE STAND WEIGHT

12 oz

340 g

Stand only · specimen not included

Weighted Base

The weighted rectangular foundation helps support the upright structure when the stand is correctly assembled and positioned on a level surface.

Balanced Specimen Placement

Position the specimen centrally between the support arms and keep its weight balanced over the base to help reduce tipping risk.

The approximate 12 oz (340 g) weight refers to the stand alone. It excludes the displayed mineral or geode and packaging. Always ensure the specimen's weight and dimensions are appropriate for the stand.

06 / DISPLAY INSPIRATION

Made for Minerals Worth Showing.

Agate Slices & Geodes

Present suitable agate slices and geode sections upright to show their layered bands, crystal-lined interiors and natural contours.

Mineral Slabs

Use the adjustable support arms to arrange compatible mineral slabs and flat specimens for a clear front-facing view.

Collector Cabinets

The antique-brass finish coordinates with wood shelving, neutral display surfaces and other classic mineral collection accessories.

Desk & Shelf Displays

Create a dedicated presentation spot for a favorite specimen in a home office, collecting room or personal display cabinet.

07 / SETUP & ADJUSTMENT

Position Your Specimen with Care.

01

Choose a Level Surface

Place the stand on a firm, flat surface with enough surrounding space for the specimen and the adjusted support arms.

02

Adjust the Upright Height

Loosen the appropriate height-adjustment knob, set the upright support to a position between approximately 3.5 and 5.5 inches, then tighten the knob securely.

03

Arrange the Support Arms

Position the metal arms to suit the outline and thickness of your specimen. Ensure the black contact pads meet suitable areas of the specimen without concentrating pressure on delicate edges.

04

Check the Balance

Place the specimen carefully, tighten the relevant adjustment knobs and gently check for movement before leaving the display unattended.

Important: The stand is intended for display use. It is not a clamping vise or a fall-proof fixture. Avoid overtightening the support arms, and do not use the stand with specimens that are too heavy, unstable or oversized for the support structure.

08 / CARE & MAINTENANCE

Preserve the Finish and Keep the Stand Ready.

01

Wipe with a Soft Cloth

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and fingerprints from the metal structure and base. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh cleaners that may damage the antique-brass finish.

02

Protect the Finish from Moisture

Keep the stand dry and wipe away moisture promptly. Avoid prolonged contact with water, corrosive chemicals or acidic cleaning products.

03

Inspect the Adjustment Knobs

Periodically check that the adjustment hardware remains secure. Tighten the knobs as needed before placing or repositioning a specimen.

04

Handle Fragile Minerals Gently

Agate edges, crystal points and geode rims can be delicate. Lift specimens rather than sliding them against the metal arms or across the contact pads.
