Placing & Reviewing Orders

When submitting an order, you confirm that the information entered during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected for the transaction.

Orders may be reviewed before fulfillment begins. Where reasonably necessary, we may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate operational reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, unsuccessful payment, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, a technical error, legal restrictions or another comparable issue.

If a material issue affects a submitted order, we will provide an appropriate explanation and available resolution based on the circumstances.

Descriptions & Appearance

We aim to present product information as accurately as reasonably possible so customers can review an item's features before purchasing. Product descriptions and available specifications are intended to help you understand the item being offered.

Minor variations in appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing variation or other reasonable factors. Such differences may affect how a color, finish or surface detail appears on an individual device or in a particular environment.

Prices, Shipping Charges & Taxes

Product prices, available shipping charges, applicable discounts, taxes where required and the final order total are displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

Please review the amounts and any applicable charges shown at checkout before completing your purchase. The total presented at checkout reflects the options and information applicable to that order at that time.

Payment Methods & Verification

The payment methods available for your purchase will be displayed during checkout. An order is subject to successful payment authorization and any applicable fraud-prevention or security checks.

If a payment cannot be authorized or a required security check cannot be completed, the order may not proceed to fulfillment. Please ensure your payment details are accurate and follow any instructions provided by the applicable payment service.

Processing Timeframes

After payment confirmation, orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days.

During holidays, promotional periods or unusually high order volume, order preparation may require up to 5 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. An order must be prepared and dispatched before the estimated delivery period begins.

Shipping Arrangements

For standard shipping to supported destinations within the United States, estimated transit time is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Applicable shipping charges and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Depending on stock availability, product location and destination, orders may be fulfilled through our facilities or designated fulfillment partners. The physical dispatch location may therefore differ from the registered business address.

Returns & Refund Processing

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions and procedures in our Return & Refund Policy.

Please contact customer support and obtain the applicable return instructions before sending merchandise back. The appropriate return warehouse address will be provided after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

The time needed for the funds to appear in your account may also depend on the payment provider or financial institution. Return eligibility, shipping responsibilities and other conditions remain subject to the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, please contact customer support as promptly as possible before fulfillment begins.

We will make a reasonable effort to accommodate eligible cancellation requests. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment begins.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact customer support with your order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

We will review the details and provide a reasonable solution based on the circumstances. Depending on the issue, this may involve a replacement, refund or return arrangement.

Where a product or fulfillment error creates additional costs for the customer, the proposed resolution will account for those costs so the customer is not required to bear additional expenses resulting from that error.

Promotions & Discount Conditions

Promotional offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, usage limits or other conditions presented with the relevant promotion.

Please review the applicable offer details before completing checkout. The conditions associated with a particular promotion will determine how that offer may be used.

Pricing Errors & Product Availability

Occasionally, genuine errors may affect product pricing, descriptions, inventory information or website functionality. When an error is identified, we may take reasonable steps to correct the affected information.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we will provide an appropriate explanation and discuss the available resolution based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights

These Terms and Conditions are not intended to exclude, restrict or waive any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal protection that applies to your purchase, that protection remains available to the extent required by law.
